Illustrative of sporting excellence, the total medals haul of 18 returned to warm acclaim at Rudy Project headquarters. Among the athletes earning gold medals were women’s biathlon queen Anastazia Kuzmina from Slovakia, who also captured a silver, German cross country skier Claudia Nystad in the team sprint and Johan Olsson from Sweden in the cross country 4 x 10 km relay.

“Vancouver 2010 has been a fantastic record of achievement,” declares marketing director Simone Barbazza. “We are proud to have been a part of the Olympic dream of athletes from 15 countries including Germany, Finland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain and of course Italy”. Barbazza concludes, “And thanks of Olympic proportions go not only to those athletes who helped us achieve a significant podium position, but also those who inspired and thrilled us with such exceptional, unparalleled sports performances”.
