Rudy Project conquered the podium of the most prestigious triathlon championship for the second year running, the Ford Ironman World Championship, with Chris McCormack, the Australian triathlon athlete recently back from his fourth consecutive victory, at the Roth Quelle Challenge, in Germany.
At the Kailua Kona competition on the islands of Hawaii, where the triathlon was invented, McCormack commanded respect with an excellent performance. 8h15‘34" were necessary to cover the 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and a marathon on foot, a truly exhausting course which deservedly crowned McCormack as Ironman 2007.
Rudy Project equipped the champion of champions of the triple discipline with the new and exclusive Sportmask Performance sunglasses. Their aerodynamic design and aggressive look characterise these glasses which are assembled with an exclusive brow interface allowing perfect air circulation around the lenses and avoids misting. Sportmask Performance stands out also for its ergonomic lens configuration and the racing format lateral logos. Comfort is guaranteed thanks to their extreme lightness and the adjustable nosepiece in soft silicon.
